Capitalism’s answer to risks from new technology - be it electricity, cars, nuclear energy - has been a combination of insurance, standards and audits. We think of it as confidence infrastructure. We’re building that for AI, the most transformative technology of them all. Today, we help high-growth AI agent companies earn the confidence of their customers. Over time, we will do the same for foundation models and data centers.
Our team has experience from Anthropic, McKinsey, METR and as Thiel Fellows. We’ve raised $15m led by Nat Friedman, Emergence & Terrain and folks like Anthropic co-founder, ex-CISOs at Google Cloud & MongoDB.
Role
As our founding GTM, you will work across everything we do. You will shape our core product decisions, our go to market approach, our company culture.
Your core challenge is to drive adoption of AIUC-1: the standard and evals are only valuable if they are applied in the real world. This means we need to make the certification process seamless for AI vendors, and build a consortium of enterprise leaders to capture their feedback and ensure we are addressing their needs.
The world is rapidly deploying agents that can execute long-horizon tasks into high-stakes deployments like hospitals, banks, governments - and soon there will be more agent-to-agent interactions than human-to-human interactions. Our work only finishes when our customers have built systems of security, safety, reliability that means their agents meet AIUC-1, our gold standard.
In practice this means you will:
Drive deals: build relationships with AI developers and adopters (enterprises), run the sales process
Deliver certifications: own the end-to-end process of delivering AIUC-1 certification - working with companies to gather evidence, fill gaps, prepare them for audit
Shape the marketing: develop marketing pillars together with customers and shape the co-marketing approach
Develop new big swings: create consortium events, design customer success programs, build auditor partnerships
What we’re looking for
We're looking for someone who can bridge the gap between AI research and enterprise adoption realities. You should be the type of person who can earn trust with both AI builders and Fortune 500 CISOs—understanding what each group cares about and translating between them.
You'll need to have:
Directly influenced decisions at large enterprises and built meaningful relationships
Led complex, cross-functional initiatives where the stakes were high and the path was unclear
Communicated complex technical concepts with clarity
Delivered results in environments where you had to build the playbook while executing it
Owned delivery of specific targets (e.g., sales or marketing metrics)
Best fit: exceptional performance at MBB, and owned revenue/growth at a high-growth company. The best candidates will have intuition about what actually drives enterprise AI adoption decisions and we might evolve AIUC-1 to meet these needs.
