Your Mission
As a Founding Machine Learning Researcher, you’ll be at the core of our product and research vision, helping shape the future of our AI technology from the ground up. This is not just a research role — it’s a founding opportunity to build, test, and ship breakthrough models that will power real-world applications.
You’ll lead cutting-edge research in machine learning and deep learning, with a strong focus on deploying scalable, production-ready models. From model design to evaluation and optimization, your work will directly impact product features and user experiences.
You’ll collaborate closely with the founding team — including product, engineering, and design — to align research directions with business needs. You’ll also have the autonomy to explore innovative approaches, publish papers, and push the boundaries of what’s possible with today’s models.
As an early team member, you’ll help define the technical culture, build the research roadmap, and mentor future ML hires. Your contributions will shape both our technology and our company.
Responsibilities
Lead cutting-edge research in machine learning and deep learning.
Design, evaluate, and optimize scalable, production-ready models.
Work on the full ML lifecycle — from model design to deployment.
Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and design to align research with business needs.
The Profile
You’re a passionate and curious Machine Learning expert with a strong academic or industry background in AI, deep learning, or applied ML. You thrive in early-stage environments and are excited by the idea of building ambitious products from scratch.
You have a solid understanding of modern ML architectures (transformers, diffusion models, RL, etc.) and experience in training large-scale models using frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow. You’ve likely published research, contributed to open-source, or built innovative ML systems in production.
You’re both a builder and a thinker — capable of exploring new ideas deeply, but also translating them into real, deployable solutions. You’re autonomous, proactive, and comfortable navigating ambiguity.
Bonus points if you’ve already worked in a startup or fast-paced research environment, and if you’re motivated by ownership, experimentation, and impact.
